My name is Hallie Wright, I am a Business Teacher at Norman North in Norman, OK.  I have lived in Norman for 6 years, and have taught in the district for 6 years.  I taught at Norman High for 4 years and this is my second year at Norman North.  I teach Keyboarding 1 and 2.

Although Keyboarding skills and computer profiencies are a necessity in today's culture, students still find it extremely frustrating.  Many times students have acquired bad typing habits and breaking those habits can be very painful.  In Keyboarding, we learn all the keys during the first nine weeks and then focus our attention on formatting business documents.

This is the pride and joy of my life, my daughter, Carlee Rae.  She is also quite a little computer whiz.  She can spend hours on the computer, however, mom has not taught her the proper keyboarding technique but then again, she's only 4.

My grandmother is also a big part of my life.  She turned 80 years old last year.  She is a sweet lady and wonderful cook.  She can make a mean pot roast and her fried chicken is out of this world.

This is my grandpa.  He is also in his eighties.  As a young man, my grandpa was a lumberjack in the mountains of California.  Furthermore,  he won a medal of honor while serving in the Navy during World War II.  He is a great guy!
